My Performance Growth focuses on opportunities to review evidence of learning activities as well as evidence of changing practice or change in role activity and the impact this has had on students/activity improvements in role. Evidence of learning and impact of that learning can be brought together in a Portfolio where you can add your reflective comments and present it for review and recognition with the Leader and Senior Leader.

You could choose to develop an ePortfolio using the template created by the People and Culture Unit.

 

Critical to this phase is how you reflect on and annotate evidence to demonstrate your growth.
